This is an opportunity for high level training for both high school and adults.
7:30-9:15 PM -Wednesdays in Sept and Oct.
This will be a coached practice with lots of game play/scrimmaging. Practices will include:
Position Training - Goalkeepers, Centers, Attackers will get specialized training
Counter attack/6on6 tactics
6on5 skills and tactics.
