Head Coach of the USA Youth Girls National Team (2006–2007) – won Gold Medal at Jr. Pan American Games; named USOC Water Polo Coach of the Year
Head Coach of Brown University Men’s & Women’s Water Polo (1999–2004) – led women’s program to the NCAA Final Four in just three seasons
Current Mountain Zone Director, USA Water Polo Olympic Development Program – mentoring coaches and training athletes for national team pathways
Founder/Director of Sun Devil Water Polo (2008–2017) – developed youth, high school, and masters programs across Arizona
